01. Initiating a Claim
If our customized dietary formulas do not fully meet your individual physical requirements, you maintain the option to request a complete refund within 60 days following your original purchase. To begin this mechanism, contact our client support department or visit the online tracking system for rapid processing.
02. Reversal Requirements
All resolution submissions must be officially registered within the 60-day period calculated from the initial transactional checkout.
Buyers are asked to dispatch any remaining packages or empty containers back to our main logistics warehouse.
Standard components regarding postage preparation and distribution variables are non-refundable and omitted from total liability calculations.
Returned funds are credited exclusively back to the primary financial card or account setup used when finalizing the order.
03. Reversal Window
Once your shipment arrives safely at our processing center and meets our verification criteria, a ledger return is executed. It generally takes between 5 and 10 business days for the balance to appear in your statements, depending on individual banking establishment methods.
